•   Must be a time-served pattern maker

•   To be able to work on their own and within a team

•   Excellent communication and planning skills

Laminator

•   Must have extensive experience in wet layup methods

•   To work within short time constraints

•   To be able to work within a team or on their own

•   Excellent communication skills

Composite engineer

•   Must have extensive experience with in the composite industry

•   To work within short time constraints

•   Excellent communication and planning skills

•   To manage a job from design to completion
