Simpson offered a complete service to G.C. Smith, a new company manufacturing innovative new vehicles for the horse racing and leisure industry. Combining G.C. Smith's extensive knowledge in their markets, with Simpsons CAD, prototyping and CNC services we created a range of sleek new designs for the vehicles, allowing Smith's to choose the most attractive and relevant design. CAD was used extensively throughout the process, linking in to parts of the vehicle still under development. Prototypes for the skirts and fascia of the final vehicle were created, providing a full scale mock of the finished product. We were then able to integrate this work into a medium run production process, allowing G.C. Smith to launch their new range of vehicles into market - on time and with great success.
