We produce patterns for the steel and iron industries, assisting in the production of components for power plants, oil production and from mining to marine applications. From traditional pattern making, through to more specialist projects, Simpson has over three generations of experience in the production of high quality patterns for Foundries.

A vast range of past projects include to the production of patterns for high integrity magnesium and aluminium castings for the aerospace and defense industries. Our experience of modern materials and an investment into new technology, allows us to provide additional services to foundries. CAD/CAM and reverse engineering services are available to compliment the production of patterns, in addition to the latest 5-axis CNC machining technology at our Sheffield site.
